Isabella Fornell
As a clinical psychologist and psychological mentor, Isabella aims to strengthen her clients in their self-development and support them in all aspects of stress management. She specialises in identifying "blind spots" - unconscious areas that can hinder personal growth. With her emotion-focused therapy approach, she enables her clients to dive deep into their feelings to overcome self-doubt, set boundaries and recognise personal triggers.
Isabella's approach is focused on helping her clients recognise and utilise their own strengths. With a solid educational background, including a Bachelor in Clinical Psychology from the University of San Francisco de Quito and a Master in Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience from Maastricht University, as well as practical experience at Charité in Berlin and Aysana Psychotherapeutic Centre, she is well equipped to provide her clients with effective strategies and techniques for a fulfilling and self-determined life.
