Lisa Brinks is a psychologist, systemic coach and lecturer in psychology. She uses her expertise in positive psychology and New Work to support both individuals and teams in their professional and personal development.
As a psychologist and coach, she supports people in gaining more clarity about their own needs, strengths and potential and in creating a (working) life that strengthens their well-being and fulfills them in the long term. As a result, Lisa accompanies many change processes and works with topics such as self-confidence, self-leadership, stress management and interpersonal relationships. She always aims to support people in strengthening their self-awareness, gaining clarity about their goals and actively shaping their path.
In the area of team development, Lisa promotes the development of a psychologically safe working environment and a constructive feedback culture in which the potential of team members can be utilized and innovative ideas can be developed. Ultimately, to resolve the supposed contradiction between performance and humanity in order to create a working environment in which people can grow together and break new ground.
